Music Point JSR operates as a physical retail outlet in Jamshedpur specializing in musical instruments, pro audio equipment, and instrument repair services. Our website serves as a digital catalog showcasing our available brands, categories, and business information.

No Online Sales: Please note that we do not facilitate direct online sales (e-commerce) via this website. All purchases must be completed in-person at our retail store. Consequently, we do not require online payment gateways, add-to-cart functionalities, or online checkout processes.

2. Pricing and Availability

Any prices or stock availability discussed through our online inquiries (via email, WhatsApp, or contact form) are approximate and subject to change without prior notice.

  • Prices are confirmed only at the time of purchase in our physical store.
  • Instrument availability fluctuates daily. We recommend calling us prior to visiting if you are looking for a specific model.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Instrument Repair Services

By submitting an instrument for repair at Music Point JSR, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Estimates: All repair estimates provided before a physical inspection are purely preliminary. Final costs will be confirmed upon thorough diagnostic by our technicians.
  • Timeline: While we aim for a 24-48 hour turnaround on basic setups, complex electronic or structural repairs may take longer depending on parts availability.
  • Liability: While your instrument is in our care, we treat it with the utmost respect. However, Music Point JSR is not liable for existing structural damages that worsen during normal repair procedures (e.g., hidden cracks, failing glue joints, degraded wiring).
  • Unclaimed Items: Instruments left for repair and not picked up within 90 days of notification of completion will be considered abandoned and may be sold to recover repair costs.

4. Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are strictly governed by our physical store policy:

  • Instruments generally cannot be returned once purchased, due to health and safety standards (especially wind instruments) and the physical wear that occurs instantly upon play.
  • Electronic items/Keyboards follow the manufacturer's warranty policies. Any manufacturing defect must be reported directly to the authorized service center of that brand.
  • We do not offer "buyer's remorse" refunds. Please utilize our "Try Before You Buy" facilities thoroughly at our Sakchi showroom before making a purchase.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Music Point JSR and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Music Point JSR. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
